1. Light color is usually dyed with low temperature type, medium color with medium temperature type, and dark color with high temperature type.
2. Different disperse dyes have different sensitivities to acid, and the serious ones may lead to color change or discoloration. Therefore, the PH of dye solution needs
3. Make adjustments. When the PH value is 4.5-5.5, the dye solution is in the most stable state.
4. For dry PET fiber dyeing, the control of dyeing temperature and temperature rise is very important. Generally, the starting temperature is within 70-80 ℃, the medium color is 80-85 ℃ and the dark color is 85-90 ℃.
5. In the finishing process, the temperature and speed of each process should be strictly controlled.
