Washing Instructions for Cotton Towels and Bathrobes
(1)Wash water: It is recommended that the washing water be softened. Washing intensity: adopt moderate washing procedure.
(2)The first water passing is very important. Many new towels and bathrobes are related to the first water passing. The pilling of towels and bathrobes is related to the water passing procedure.
The first water washing: the washing temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
The main washing time is slightly shorter than the normal washing time. Since the new towels are almost free of pollution, it is recommended not to add softeners to prevent towels and bathrobes from absorbing water. Or react chemically with the softeners of the original towels and bathrobes, causing the towels and bathrobes to turn yellow. It is recommended to wash with clean water.
- Washing pretreatment: Before using the medicament for washing, the washing product should be pre-washed first. The impurities and the dirty place should be washed with cold water.
(4)Main washing: water temperature should not exceed 75 ℃. At the same time, the installed capacity must be 70% – 80% of the loading capacity; Especially when the installed capacity is obviously insufficient. The washing strength of linen will be improved. It will affect the service life of the cloth.
(5)Bleach: Use oxygen bleaching. Chlorine bleaching is not allowed. In particular, the new towels and bathrobes are also good at absorbing bleach because of their good water absorption. If do not well controlled this process, the damage to new towels and bathrobes is greater than that to old towels. This is also one of the reasons for the damage of new towels and bathrobes in some hotels. When adding bleach to new products, the bleach must be adjusted evenly. Control the temperature and PH of the scrubber.
(6).Wipe off water:In order to thoroughly filter out detergent residues on towels and bathrobes . It is recommended that the number of times of water treatment should not be less than 2 times. The water should be sufficient when washing. If the washing water is not clear, the impurities, dirt and washing agents stripped from the washing water will adhere to the product surface again, affecting the washing effect and damaging the fiber interior. When washing white products, try to wash the chlorine more clean. The existence of chlorine will damage the fiber and make white towels or bath robe yellow.
(7)Drying: the drying standard is to dry the towel to 80%. When towels and bathrobes are taken out of the oven, obvious moisture should be seen . It can minimize dry friction of towels. This process is very important. It has a significant impact on the softness, yellowing, brittleness and service life of towels and bathrobes. After drying, cool air is required to restore the good elasticity of towels and bathrobes. Generally, the drying temperature of cotton fiber is 80 ℃.
(8)Dehydration: When drying at high speed, pay attention to the observation of the fluoroscope. If the cloths twine around , stop the machine in time and adjust it again before drying. If using a dehydrator to dry, add a clean cover cloth, which will effectively reduce damage.
(9) End of washing: When unloading articles, be careful not to pull with great force, which is easy to damage.
(10)Regularly check whether there is burr on the inner wall of the washing equipment. If there is burr, remove it in time.
